If you are not satisfied with your nails, please inform us before making payment. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will make any necessary adjustments or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. However, please be aware that refunds will not be issued once you have left the salon. By leaving the salon, you indicate your acceptance and satisfaction with the services provided.
We guarantee gel polish and dipping services within 3 days of your initial service date. Any repairs or replacements required due to damage not caused by the technician’s work or quality will incur a charge. If you require nail fixes, you are welcome to walk in at any time. However, if it is necessary, we kindly request that you give us a call before your arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who display improper attitudes or actions, arrive late, fail to show up for their appointment, have a contagious disease, or engage in any other behavior we deem inappropriate.
We understand that you may need to attend to personal matters or take calls during your service. In consideration of other guests, we kindly ask that you keep your conversations quiet and lower the volume to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone.
We understand that finding “me time” can be challenging, but we have a strict policy against unsupervised children in the salon. If you bring children or individuals who are not receiving services, we kindly request that you ensure they are seated in a designated area and do not disrupt other guests. If they become disruptive, we reserve the right to ask you and your accompanying individuals to leave. This policy is in place to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. PLEASE WATCH AFTER YOUR CHILDREN AND ANYONE ACCOMPANYING YOU TO THE SALON, AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR WELL-BEING WHILE THEY AWAIT YOUR SERVICE.
Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that you bring a MAXIMUM of 2 people (minors or adults) if necessary. If there are more than 2 unserviced guests accompanying you, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure sufficient space for all appointments.
